Practice Emphasis
Greg Jensen's experience includes personal injury litigation in a variety of areas including motor vehicle accidents, workplace and construction site accidents, product liability, toxic torts, medial malpractice, railroad cases, including crossing accidents and Federal Employer's Liability Act Claims, and workers' compensation. He has also tried various types of employment law cases including Title 7, retaliation, ADA and FMLA claims. Since 1996 a large part of Mr. Jensen's practice has been in the area of mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Jensen's 30 years of experience as a litigator gives him the ability to quickly understand and analyze the cases in which he serves as the mediator.
