Practice Emphasis

Simon Whiting is a partner practicing in the area of employment law and civil litigation.  He has broad litigation experience and has tried cases ranging from employment law, personal injury to scientific misconduct and business disputes.  His experience extends to responding to administrative agencies concerning charges of employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, claims of discrimination in organ transplant programs, and federal contractor debarment 

Mr. Whiting conducts a counseling practice emphasizing the prevention of employment related claims.  He works with directors, officers, management and staff providing training, advice, and guidance on personnel and employment matters. His practice includes the drafting of policies and procedures, employment agreements, agreements to protect business information and competitive advantages. His clients benefit from his commitment to preventive legal counseling and his ability to troubleshoot potential liability.
