Ms. Toledo represents clients in a broad range of matters, including employment law issues and claims, contract disputes, trade secret misappropriation claims, Texas Theft Liability Act, and personal injury matters. Her experience includes assisting in the defense of corporate clients against claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, fraud, and false imprisonment. Ms. Toledo also worked extensively in the area of commercial litigation, where she has represented clients in a broad scope of complex legal issues.
