Michael’s practice primarily consists of representing clients in civil litigation matters, with a concentration in medical malpractice, professional liability, general negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, and personal injury matters. Whether presenting an argument in court or drafting pleadings, Michael is an effective advocate for his clients. He also has experience advising businesses in a variety of industries on issues including formation, governance, employment, management, and both financial and real estate transactions.
